This is my dad's account. He constantly complains about the internet being slow on his phone. But his laptop is always fast. I had him run a speed test. The shaw website one consistently shows about 40 mbps. And the Ookla app shows about 140 consistently. They have the 250 mb plan. So what's going on here? Why does shaw show a much slower speed?
