I have a Verizon fios modem and eero routers and started having connectivity issues like you just beginning this past Sunday. Today I turned off all of the eero plus features and put in a custom DNS of Cloud 9 in the advanced internet connection settings (Cloud 9) and all is well. But hurry up and get it done while your Internet is still up.
